Steve Schmidt is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Affinity Inc. As one of Affinity’s founding partners, Mr. Schmidt has overseen many of the firm’s client relationships throughout Affinity’s development. His experience spans a variety of industries – banking, manufacturing, healthcare/life sciences, and professional services industries on a wide variety of strategic, organizational and technology engagements for senior management.

Mr. Schmidt began his Information Technology career in 1988 with IBM Global Services. Before choosing an entrepreneurial direction, Mr. Schmidt held executive positions with four different Information Technologies companies ranging from hardware services and managed services to business application development. Mr. Schmidt had responsibility for sales, marketing, development, financial management and services operations in the US.

Tom is responsible for the delivery of all Affinity services. With over 33 years of experience in advancing organizations’ use of technology, Tom has established himself as a recognized expert in the areas of Strategic Plan development aligning IT to business, Portfolio and Project Management, and Technology Adoption designed to drive to business results more effectively and quickly through a concentration on end user adoption of business process changes.

Mr. Keyes is a proven expert in IT Strategic Planning, particularly in the disciplines of datacenter consolidation, change and control management, and service provisioning. He also has a proficient history in the design, implementation, and management of Centers of Excellence in the financial services industry to increase effectiveness in Project Management, Application Architecture, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Talent Management.

Kirk is responsible for Affinity’s financial and administrative operations. He has been a leader of several technology-based organizations, all which experienced accelerated growth during his 30 year career.

Kirk has been a member of the executive team for a technology infrastructure company, a benefits process outsourcing company, a telecom business process outsourcing company and of course, Affinity. Other than the technology aspects, the comment element of these firms was their ability to successfully navigate 300+% revenue growth.
