One of my favorite projects was a capacity management project for one of the largest companies in the world. It was clear right away that the company needed to better understand their capacity needs in order to determine the best data center solution.
We took an open approach that allowed us to think strategically. They had a solution in mind, but we were able to look at the problem from many angles and deliver the best solution and outcome – a better path forward. We were agile. We worked as a team. Together, we created the best outcome for their business.
