On a recent project, we helped a quickly growing company evolve. Our work with the company involved BI and decision-making as they found new roads forward to meet increasingly complex demands. The company was smaller than other brands that we work with, but it had exploded over a couple of years. It had grown too big and was not able to keep up. It’s IT processes lacked the maturity needed to support the size of company it had become. With many companies, we work to help make processes simpler. In this case, their simple processes needed to become more complex.
